Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is a celebration of food and drink from around the world. This even runs from the last weekend in September through the middle of November. This event draws a HUGE crowd of anxious foodies wanting to sample everything there is to offer.

The Food & Wine Festival is included with our general admission ticket into Epcot, there is no additional ticket needed to get into the event. The items that the booths offer could get pretty pricey, so pace yourself!

– Taste Your Way Around the World –

As you travel around World Showcase you can try at least 30 unique cultural cuisines, fine wine and craft beers. Each booth has a menu that is inspired by the region that it represents.  You can rest assured that there’s something for every kind of foodie. All of the food that is served is in small portions so that you can sample foods from multiple booth. Plus if you have a Disney Dining Plan, most of the available food items count as a snack.

– New! Food & Wine in Future World – 

The Food & Wine Festival will be expanding from World Showcase out into Future World! In Future World West, near Imagination, you will find the Artistry of Wine & Cheese area. Here you can sample wine and cheese. Over near the Epcot Character Spot, is the new Sustainable Chew and Chew Lab. This area is inspired by ABC’s hit food-based talk show, “The Chew”. Sustainable Chew will offer three dishes while Chew Lab will demonstrate culinary technology.

– Eat to the Beat Concert Series –

This event only occurs during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. As you enjoy your food and wine or beer, every evening at 5:30 pm, 6:45 pm and 8:00 pm one of over twenty chart-topping bands and solo artists bring their hits to the American Garden Theater! – Culinary Demonstrations From the Pros –

Cook up a new kind of cuisine as you learn from some of the most celebrated chefs. Each session is 45 minutes and is a separately ticketed event. During these session you collect very useful culinary tips from these leading minds and then, the best part, you get to sample and taste the food and beverage that is demonstrated during the session. – Premium Events –

As always there are extra events that you can experience for a little bit more money. Some of these events are:

  • Rockin’ Burger Block Party – Dine on a mouthwatering menu full of incredible burgers and party to some of the best music of the century from a live D.J. To find out more see Rockin’ Burger Block Party on the Walt Disney World website.

  • Tokyo Pairing – Celebrate the marriage of three tasting-size portions of elegant Japanese cuisine with sake and Japanese craft beer. To find out more see Tokyo Pairing on the Walt Disney World website.

  • What’s Cookin’ With… – Dig into one of your guest of honor’s favorite dishes as they offer their keen, culinary insights into what makes their selection so special. To find out information about this event see What’s Cookin’ With… on the Walt Disney World website.


If you are wanting to purchase a souvenir, besides all of the food and drink you’ve just tasted, you can head over to the Food & Wine’s Welcome Center. The Food & Wine’s Welcome Center is located in the building between Ellen’s Energy Adventure and Mission:SPACE.
