Reservations are now available for the new Main Street Electrical Dining Package at Tony’s Town Square Restaurant, which includes reserved viewing for the popular nighttime parade.
You can now make reservations to indulge in a delicious three-course lunch, including their choice of appetizer, entrée, dessert and a beverage at Tony’s. You can choose from favorites like Chicken Parmigiana, Spaghetti with meatballs or Margherita Pizza. And for dessert, there’s the classic Tiramisú or a decadent chocolate cake layered with a chocolate-hazelnut filling.
During your lunch, you’ll receive a voucher for your reserved viewing of the Main Street Electrical Parade.
The cost is $45 for adults, $17 for children plus tax and gratuity. It is one table-service entitlement on the Disney Dining Plan.
So what are my thoughts?
First off I have ate at Tony’s for lunch and it was amazing! I am a very big fan of Italian food and I chose to get the Chicken Parmigiana. We reserved a table for a late lunch and afterwards staked us out a spot to see the Festival of Fantasy’s Parade, which in my opinion is the better parade. Also, in my opinion the best place to view the Electrical Parade is in the newly widened hub in front of the castle or in Frontierland. Personally I would pick to try and view the parade in the hub because then you can stay in the same spot and watch Celebrate the Magic and Wishes. But this is all my personal opinion. As far as the cost goes, if you have a dining plan I would use it as a table service credit and do the package. If you don’t have the dining plan I would suggest doing a little thinking about it. Also, be mindful that this meal is very filling! We were so tired after having nearly a full day at the parks and eating this heavy meal and that we left to go take a nap after watching the Festival of Fantasy’s Parade!
